Thank you for visiting the 未来のスキルアップ研究所 website. I am Sae Yankawa, and I have recently been appointed as the representative.

As society undergoes rapid change, the value of the “human potential” we have long advocated is greater than ever before. Precisely because AI is on the rise, the “trust” that binds people together is our most valuable asset—one that cannot be replaced by anything else.

Under our new leadership, we will build on our past achievements and expand opportunities for everyone to believe in their own potential and thrive with flexibility in society. Our goal is a society where everyone can shine as a trusted individual who is true to themselves.

“Building a Foundation to Navigate an Era of Change with Flexibility”

Nice to meet you. I am Fuyuko Kurihara, and I have recently been appointed Director of 未来のスキルアップ研究所.

In today’s world, what matters is not just the knowledge of “what you have learned,” but also the practical skills of “how to live, how to work, and how to interact with others.” As a nationally certified career consultant who has been involved in the careers and lives of many people, I strongly feel that what ultimately supports people is not just specialized skills, but fundamental abilities such as greeting others, reporting, communicating, and teamwork.

It is precisely these “fundamental skills” that our institute values most. By honing these “foundations”—which may seem obvious at first glance—we cultivate the confidence and resilience that will remain unshaken no matter how much the times change or technology evolves.

The coming era is one in which each individual will take the initiative to think about, choose, and shape their own career and life. From this institute, we will continue to share the “practical wisdom” and “foundations for personal growth” needed to do so, as well as the “spiritual essence” required to work and live with a positive outlook.

Our project began out of a desire to support these international students.

[未来のスキルアップ研究所] aims for more than just the acquisition of knowledge.
The goal is for students with advanced language proficiency—specifically JLPT N1 and N2 levels—to
acquire the “practical skills” necessary to fully demonstrate their abilities
in real-world Japanese business settings.

We provide students with confidence, companies with peace of mind, and educational institutions with the value of a proven track record of job placement.

To foster highly skilled professionals who can transcend language barriers and help shape Japan’s future together.
